I don’t know what product I need. How do I get help?

I know the product I want. I have a part# or previous quote#. Do I still have to fill out a new quote form?
If you know your part# or have purchased from us before, you can bypass the quote form section by shooting us an email or giving us a call.
How long will it take for the product to arrive to my destination?
Delivery times vary depending on the availability and type of product, volume of your order, geographical location and desired shipping speed. We provide delivery estimates in our quotes and send you a tracking # once the order leaves our facility.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cheques, international wire transfers, and for domestic orders only, EFTs. If you are a first-time customer, immediate payment is required via credit card or wire transfer before a product can be shipped out. Returning customers are eligible for 30-day terms using any of the aforementioned payment methods.
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
We pride ourselves in creating targeted products that seamlessly fit into an organization’s robotic system, regardless of its size or structure. Due to the customized nature of our service, products that have already been created for an order are no longer re-sellable. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable once a product has been shipped out. As such, it is crucial customers ensure the accuracy of the product they wish to order. If an order is confirmed in error, the product already built, but not yet shipped out, the customer must pay an additional 25% restocking fee if they wish to exchange for the correct product.
